Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the flight metasearch Interface provided by IberSky, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the terms, disclaimers, and responsibilities outlined within this Service Mandate.
Global Flight Gateway Definition
IberSky is defined strictly as an independent flight metasearch gateway and routing node. We process search queries statelessly to aggregate flight availability and real-time inventory direct from global carriers. IberSky does not function, operate, or represent itself as a travel agency, airline intermediary, or ticket merchant.
IberSky's Role & Disclaimers
Our system architecture decouples flight searching from ticket issuance. We provide raw routing data and direct carrier links to ensure maximum fare integrity.
No Direct Sales
IberSky does not sell flight tickets, arrange travel packages, issue boarding passes, or act as a merchant of record. We do not charge fees, add markups, or process payments on our servers.
Direct Carrier Booking
All booking actions, checkout forms, payment processing, ticket modifications, cancellations, and refunds are executed strictly on the official platforms of the respective airline carriers.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our direct search Interface, you accept absolute accountability for your interaction telemetry and booking parameters:
1. Verify Booking Parameters: You are responsible for verifying all travel parameters (departure dates, baggage allotments, transit layovers, visa requirements, passenger names) directly on the airline checkout Interface before confirming payment.
2. Compliance with Carrier Rules: You agree to comply fully with the individual terms of carriage, tariff specifications, and refund guidelines established by the specific airline issuing your ticket.
3. Prohibition of Misuse: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated scraper bots, data harvesting software, or high-frequency request scripts against our Gateway nodes. Illegal actions or attempts to disrupt system integrity will result in permanent IP blocklisting.
Intellectual Property
The visual design, brand assets, proprietary software integrations, GDS search routing algorithms, logos, and custom editorial copy on the IberSky Interface are protected by international intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
IberSky compiles real-time flight telemetry on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we execute constant data integrity checks, we cannot guarantee the absolute, real-time accuracy or completeness of data sourced from external global carrier databases.
In no event shall IberSky, its operations directors, or system engineers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, losses from delayed flights, cancelled routes, booking errors, payment disputes, or carrier insolvency) arising out of the use of our search Interface.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Service Mandate and all relations arising from your access to the IberSky Interface shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the country in which IberSky's principal operations node is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any legal dispute, action, or claim arising under this mandate shall be settled exclusively within the designated courts of our primary operational jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
IberSky reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Service Mandate at any time without prior individual notification. The latest version of these terms will always reside on this page, and your continued usage of the Interface following changes constitutes acceptance.
